In 2010, after many years of trials, Cyril created a range of new cuvées that are vinified in oak barrels and that reveal a quite different side of the terroir of BOURSAULT

To create wines of this quality requires a plot-by-plot approach to the work in the vineyard, meticulous and delicate handling of the juice from the press and a rigorous selection of the wines so that the true character of each year’s harvest can come shining through.

In 2013 these new cuvées were launched under the name Champagne la Villesenière.

Today you can enjoy two of these cuvees presented in elegant, specially formed bottles: Cuvée HARMONY and a Rosé de Saignée (highly sought after for its intense aromatic bouquet and for its rarity)

These daring champagnes boast an abundance of tiny bubbles and will appeal to occasional champagne drinkers as well as to those in the wine trade, both in France and overseas.
