Looking back at the 2025 harvest

The 2025 harvest began here on September 1st.
There is always a good atmosphere from morning to evening, with the pursuit of conviviality where young and old come together. Also, the intention is to show our qualitative ambition for the picking and to share our winemaking craft.
This year, the season was early in spring… bright and generous with sunshine in May and June, with rain when needed until the second half of July.
Then the fear of a low yield with a lack of juice in the berries settled in because it was very hot in August (over 35 °C for 10 days).
But finally, the rain that fell at the end of August was beneficial, and we had a very qualitative and sufficiently abundant organic harvest.
